My Story
I’m Thierry, a French digital marketing expert based in Düsseldorf, with a life shaped across Europe, Latin America, the Caribbean, and a variety of industries.
My journey is deeply multicultural: from early studies in France, to work and studies experiences in Peru, Mexico and the Caribbean, and now more than a decade in Germany supporting companies of all sizes.
This international perspective defines the way I work: open-minded, pragmatic, adaptable, and always focused on delivering clarity in complex digital environments.

A strong international business foundation
Graduate of emlyon business school, I built a solid base in strategy, marketing, and entrepreneurship. This mindset still guides my work today: focus on value, understand the customer, act fast, measure, and improve continuously.
Startup experience: agility & performance
I started my career at Teads, a global adtech scaleup, where I managed digital campaigns, analysed performance, and supported clients across FMCG, retail, luxury, tech, and media.
This experience shaped my “test, learn, optimise” approach that I still apply with every client.
Corporate expertise: building Uniper’s digital presence
At Uniper, where I spent over eight years, I shaped and scaled the company’s international digital identity. I led major initiatives including website revamp, SEO/SEA, social media strategy, analytics setup, content, paid campaigns, and internal coaching internationally.
These years taught me how to transform communication in complex organisations and deliver measurable impact.
